Small and medium items (wheelchairs, footstools etc) will be delivered by a national carrier.
If the good cannot be delivered they will be redirected to the local depot and a contact card left so collection/redelivery can be made.
Larger items (reclining chairs, beds, wardrobes, etc) will be delivered by a specialist haulage company who will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Help may be required upon delivery as the vehicle may be “driver only”.
Please note that all products are delivered to “inside the door” of the delivery address and it is your responsibility to move them to their final location.
Upon receipt quantities must be checked and all goods must be signed for “unexamined”. Please retain all packaging until examined.
If goods are found to be damaged, unsuitable or un-required or in the unlikely event faulty due to materials/workmanship please repack them in the original packaging and contact our returns department on 01535 272957 within a maximum of 7 days where a collection/credit/replacement will be arranged.
